Waterinfo.be must be accessible at all times for the emergency services. Especially in a crisis situation when there are also many concerned citizens that will visit the website. After they log on, registered, professional users are routed to a dedicated website reserved for the emergency services. This website cannot be congested as a result of a high number of visitors.
